Hosting regulatory inspections
You should have a SOP for the preparation and performance of a regulatory inspection to ensure a successful out come of the inspection.
The purpose of such SOP is to describe the procedure for hosting inspections by regulatory agencies such as The Food and Drug Administration.
Such procedure should apply to all inspections conducted at a pharmaceutical or a medical device site by regulatory agencies to assess compliance with federal regulations and/or industry standards.
